Ivo Solar Holmes was appointed to bring this 700 square metre Martha Cove residence to life. Retaining the integrity of architect Paulo Pienezze's design, Ivo oversaw the completion of the build to exacting standards.

On approach, textured walls of rough Italian granite contrast with smooth aluminium accents to cut a striking feature against the landscape. Wide-board American oak floorboards draw the eye through the grand entrance to a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. Carrara marble accents elevate the warm wood flooring, bringing a fresh and airy ambiance to waterside living.

Floor to ceiling glass walls effortlessly embrace the vista of water at the rear of the home. The cool blue-green colours of the canal and swimming pool compliment the natural internal colour pallet, while bold lines and contemporary finishings throughout signal superb designer living inside and out.
